Susan's Daily Tips
Pizza with Pesto and Smoked Salmon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1 Boboli ready-made pizza crust
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
3 tbs. purchased pesto sauce
3 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 fresh basil sprig
Place Boboli crust in the center of baking sheet In a small bowl, blend cheese and pesto.
Spread cheese mixture over crust.
Bake pizza until crust is golden, or for 20 minutes. Arrange salmon pieces over pizza
Garnish with basil and serve.
Yields eight slices
