Blueberry Popovers
Blueberry Popovers

did you know???
March 10th is National Blueberry Popover Day

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups fresh Gold Medal all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1cup blueberries, rinsed and drained thoroughly
Directions:
  1. Lightly grease a popover pan warm in oven. Beat together eggs and milk. Mix in flour and salt and stir until moistened.
    Add blueberries. Ignore any lumps in the batter. Pour batter into warmed pan.
  2. Heat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and bake for 30 minutes, or until popovers have set.
