Chocolate Coffee Latté
| 3 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped 3 cups milk 1/2 cup instant coffee or flavored instant cofeel, any flavor |
| Microwave - chocolate and milk in medium microwavable bowl on High 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Whisk or stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in flavored instant coffee. Pour into 4 large cups or mugs. Garnish each serving with 2 Tbsp. thawed whipped topping and 1/2 tsp. grated chocolate, if desired. |
Makes 4 servings, about 1 cup each.
