International Cocktails

Strawberry
Sparkling Wine
Wash and hull strawberries very well; purée in a blender or food processor until smooth, and pass through a sieve, if liked.
Pour the chilled strawberry purée into a flute (1/3) and then add chilled sparkling wine (2/3).
The cocktail is ready to serve. Serves 1
Black Sambuca
A rich, aniseed flavored italian liqueur. By custom you should serve neat with 3 espresso beans floating on tome. Your first sip you should consume the first bean. Each one stands for Love, Hope, and Faith.
