Nutty Chocolate Fudge
Nutty Fudge

May 12th is National Nutty Fudge Day

Let your taste buds be the judge for this simple-to-make nutty fudge.

Nutty Chocolate Fudge

3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  1. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and salt, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan lined with wax paper.
  3. Chill for 2 hours until firm.

Makes 16 pieces.
