Chili Cheese Dip

Nancy - from Greenwood, IN remembers her favorite childhood food memory...Put some catsup in a dish, cut a slab of Velveeta cheese, and dip into catsup. My dad let us use this as lunch some days. He only bought Velveeta. To this day, it is a favorite. My dad was a wonderful cook, but this definitely wasn't "cooking" for us. Thanks, Nancy.. I love this memory.. Here's a Velveeta recipe, that was a favorite of ours.. give it a try.

Ingredients
    1 can HORMEL® Chili No Beans or HORMEL® Chili With Beans
    1 pound VELVEETA Pasturized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
    1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies (10 oz.), undrained

Directions
MIX ingredients in 2-qt. microwavable bowl.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 min. or until chili mixture is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.

SERVE with crackers or assorted cut-up vegetables.

Makes 36 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
