Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz) Lobster
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/3 cup skim milk
3 tbsp. dry sherry or white wine
Dash of ground nutmeg
4 slices toasted white bread, crusts removed
Parsley flakes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except toast and parsley flakes, in medium saucepan.
Heat on medium until warm, stirring occasionally.
Serve over toast.
Garnish with parsley flakes.
